How to Report a Claim:

  • Notify Us Immediately

    Contact our team without delay at 01948 820000. Our Claims Manager will gather details about the incident and document the necessary information. You will receive guidance on the next steps, and any questions you have will be answered.

  • Processing Your Claim

    Our in-house Claims Department will inform the insurers and initiate the claim on your behalf. If additional information is needed, our Claims Manager will reach out to you. Rest assured; your claim will be monitored regularly to ensure an efficient resolution.

  • Settlement

    Discussing the Settlement: Once the insurers propose a settlement offer, we will contact you to discuss the terms and obtain your agreement.

The JCL Insurance Brokers Claims App helps to quickly and easily report claims at the scene of the incident. Use the app to gather data as quickly as possible, which will be passed directly to our team who will act swiftly to handle your claim.
